Roller ConveyorFunction: Portable or Stationary
Features/Benefits: Most widely used, Moves product smoothly with
the least amount of jams
Details: Needs gravity or manual intervention to operate, Needs 3 rollers under product for proper movement of items
Tips: You should always have at least 3 rollers beneath your load at all times. This determines the roller center that is required.

Skatewheel Conveyor

Function: Portable or Stationary
Features/Benefits: Least expensive
Details: Needs gravity or manual intervention to operate, For larger items, Needs 10 wheels under product per 12″ of conveyor length for proper movement of items
Tips: You should have at least 10 wheels under your load at all times. This dictates whichWheel Qty./Ft. that is necessary

Belt Conveyor


Function: Stationary
Features/Benefits: Most versatile, Accommodates various sizes of items, Does not require gravity or manual intervention to operate, Accommodates heavier items more easily
Details: Most expensive, Highest installation & operating costs, For permanent or semi-permanent applications only

Ball Transfer
Function: Portable or Stationary
Features/Benefits: Moves product in any direction
